_Knight Frank Cambodia secures the property management contract for Global Tech Exchange

Since Knight Frank Cambodia established its Property Management department in July 2020, it’s certainly been a challenging operating environment due to the pandemic. However, our resilience and patience has finally paid off with this milestone partnership. Almost a year in the making, it gives us great pleasure to announce our strategic partnership with Global Tech Exchange to provide property management services across its office and retail space.

Global Tech Exchange is the most pioneering development in Cambodia to date. Designed by leading international architect, Aedas, the development comprises 50,434 sq m of grade A office space, a 275-room Hilton Hotel with convention facilities, destination and podium retail and an attached 1,000 rack Tier 3 compliant data centre which will be the engine room for the wider Phnom Penh City Centre Smart City project.

This is without doubt one of the biggest property management contracts secured since the Covid-19 pandemic and we are ecstatic that the developer has placed its confidence in Knight Frank to manage such a prestigious project.
