Securing favourable commercial terms for KPMG GIA Tower
KPMG required approximately 1,900 sqm at GIA Tower as part of its move from an older office building to a modern workplace aligned with its talent attraction, retention and ESG priorities.
Knight Frank secured highly favourable commercial terms while ensuring prominent signage was included as part of the agreement.
The team also worked closely with the landlord to address key operational concerns, including security and parking access during late hours.

Expand workspace for Chevron
Chevron required approximately 700 sqm at Exchange Square to expand its workspace and secure a CBD office location close to public transport with ample parking facilities.
