Why trust us to manage your property asset
Integrated management expertise, operational efficiency and international service standards designed to support long-term asset performance.
Our property and asset management services
We provide integrated property management, facilities management and strategic asset advisory services tailored to commercial and mixed-use real estate assets across Cambodia.

Financial management
We are focused on maintaining strong financial control, transparency and accountability across the property’s operations. This includes proper credit control, accurate income and expenditure records, financial reporting, contractor and supplier payments, petty cash management and annual budget preparation. Through effective cost control and disciplined financial oversight, we help developers and property owners manage operating budgets more efficiently while supporting the long-term performance of the asset.
Building management
We provide comprehensive building management services designed to support efficient day-to-day operations and consistent service delivery, through implementing building operation policies, coordinating tenant fit-out works, managing operational expenses and overseeing preventive maintenance programmes. Our team also supervises fire prevention and evacuation procedures, manages tenant enquiries and complaints, coordinates contractors and inspections, reviews operating expenses and licences, and oversees car park operations to ensure the property is well maintained and professionally managed.
Insurance coordination
We coordinate insurance-related matters to help ensure the property remains appropriately protected and compliant with required coverage standards. This includes monitoring policy renewals, recommending the necessary insurance policies for the building and supporting the administration of claims where permitted under the relevant policies. By maintaining organised insurance coordination and clear follow-up processes, we help reduce operational risk and support stronger protection for the property, its owners and its occupiers.

Providing third-party training to on-site staff
Knight Frank Cambodia has implemented first aid training at Samaky Tower in Phnom Penh, with fire safety training to be delivered by a third-party service provider. These initiatives ensure that on-site staff receive regular, practical training in line with property management best practice, with our internal compliance rating system showing improved SOP knowledge following the training. Implementation is monitored on an ongoing basis by the Property Management team, supported by the supervising Head of Property Management, who recently completed further training in Malaysia.
