Eric has more than 37 years of working experience in real estate professional services and consulting. His expertise includes the valuation of a wide spectrum of properties, in particular, mega commercial and township projects, plantations, hotels, retail and office complexes, industrial premises and resort properties, as well as advisory work in major corporate exercises. In recent years, Eric has been involved in the marketing of high-end residential projects and he has led in the marketing and sales of more than RM1 billion worth of condominiums and serviced apartments such as Kiaraville, Hampshire Residences, Zehn Bukit Pantai and Twins at Damansara Heights. Eric is a former Board Member of The Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents, Malaysia. He has made significant contributions to many seminars and conferences through his roles as chairman, speaker and panellist.
