Finín entered the property industry in 2009 following the completion of his masters degree in Real Estate from the University of the West of England. Initially working with DTZ, Finín joined Knight Frank in early 2011 where he has since specialised in the development land market.
Finín has an excellent knowledge of the development land market and provides strategic advice from a feasibility, planning, zoning, and appraisal perspective.
Additionally, Finín handles all aspects of the sales and acquisition process.
Finín also works very closely with both our Office and New Homes departments which allows Finín provide up to the minute advise to land owners on these constantly evolving markets.
