Orkide Villa Botanic City is located on the Chroy Changva peninsular off National Highway 6.
Covering an area of 2,000,000 square metres (200 hectares), the project will provide approximately 641 units in the first two phases, with the overall plan designed for up to 5,000 residences.
The development will also incorporate a botanic park, international school and community retail mall.
To be developed in seven phases, the project will include a river fronting promenade looking across the Tonle Sap river.

Status and Performance
The project launched during the second half of 2017 and has recorded a healthy sales rate. The first two phases launched, The Greenery and Evergreen, will provide 641 houses. Construction has commenced on internal infrastructure and the initial two phases of development. The remaining phases have yet to be launched.
