The Park Land Sen Sok is the first landed housing development by Cambodian Conglomerate, Chip Mong Group.
The project comprises a mix of shop houses, link houses, twin and detached villas. The developer also recently announced that it will construct a community mall with condominiums planned as well.
Covering an area of 200,000 square metres (20 hectares), the project provides 1,090 units.
It is located in Sen Sok district, to the northwest of the city centre and in close proximity to the recently completed Aeon Mall Sen Sok and Makro.

Due to the land ownership laws in Cambodia, foreigners are not permitted to own freehold land thus the primary target market is the domestic market. The main target market has been Cambodia’s middle and high income brackets for owner occupation.
Status and Performance
Launched in 2015, the first units were handed over during 2017, with subsequent phases being handed over in 2018. The developer recently announced plans to construct a community retail mall at the project’s southern entrance off Oknha Mong Reththy Street. The project has been well received by the market and is widely regarded as one of the best quality housing developments in Cambodia in terms of construction quality and design.
