She is responsible for undertaking valuation for wide range of properties and specializes in particular, purpose-built high-rise office building, retail mall, medical centre, hotels, industrial premises, development lands, on-going projects and institutional premises for various purposes. She is also entrusted with management-coordination role for the portfolio valuation including the submission to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and Securities Commission (SC).
