Evan commenced employment in the property industry in 2000 working in the land sector. Over the past 20 years Evan has worked entirely in the development sector and advises on all aspects of the development process to include acquisitions, design/planning, disposal, etc. Evan advises many of the largest landowners / developers in the country and has transacted numerous significant land deals to include:
3.5 acres – Former DIT Kevin Street, Dublin 8 – Sold in excess of €140 million
4.6 acres Dublin 1 - acquired for excess of €180 million
3.7 acres in Ballsbridge - sold in excess of €67 million
4 acres in Sandyford – sold for in excess of €17 million
