Galven joins Knight Frank with 20 years of industry experience leading teams in investment sales and capital markets. He has played an instrumental role in many landmark transactions across all real estate sectors in the Singapore market, with a particular focus in the commercial sector and residential land sales.
He has been personally involved in landmark transactions across all sectors in the Singapore real estate market, with particular focus in the commercial real estate and residential land sales. In the last 10 years, he was personally involved in transactions valued at more than S$15 billion. Day to day, he primarily works closely with institutional investors, property funds as well as local and foreign developers.
He will strengthen the firm’s core service lines by formulating strategies tailored to Knight Frank’s broad customer base, and further develop the firm’s market presence. He is supported by a team of well-established department heads with deep experience across a range of real estate sectors.
