Having completed a BA at Trinity College Dublin and undertaken a Post Graduate Cert. in Surveying at the University of Reading, Guy Craigie began his residential property career in the UK. After a number of years learning the business in south west London he shifted his focus to the prime central London market and honed his skills to become an Associate Director at prestigious international agency Chestertons, in their Kensington offices.
In London Guy was involved in numerous property sales at every level dealing with an array of clients from across the globe. Whether it was a first time buyer, a seasoned investor or an Oligarch, Guy’s excellent people skills, approachable demeanour and absolute discretion secured him considerable repeat business and a sound reputation amongst his peers as a trusted agent. In his final year in London Guy was involved in the sale of £44m worth of property.
Guy has brought valuable international experience and great enthusiasm home to Ireland and to the team at Knight Frank. He provides a unique perspective on the property sales process offering candid well considered advice, significant transactional experience and has quickly become an integral part of our team.
