Tim has 17 years’ experience as a valuer in Sydney and has an extensive experience throughout the Sydney Metropolitan Area with leading valuation firms.
He has been based in North Sydney since 2008 and joined Knight Frank in June 2019 as Head of North Sydney Valuations & Advisory.
His experience specifically includes large scale CBD and suburban commercial office, business park and industrial investments and developments. Tim’s clients comprise a range of major institutional, financial and private groups in the provision of valuation, consultancy, rental and acquisition advice; with a particular focus on commercial assets. Tim has been involved in the valuation of many of the largest commercial assets in suburban Sydney.
