This is one of Cambodia’s first luxury riverside landed housing developments, with river fronting properties offering with private jetties onto the Mekong River.
The project comprises 16 river fronting detached villas with jetties and 204 back to cluster homes.

Target Market
The project has been positioned as high-end and targets both Cambodian and foreign buyers. Marketing the project as a weekend home away from the city centre. The water fronting villas come with private jetties, targeting the upper income bracket that can afford to own a yacht – a relatively new concept in Cambodia.
Status and Performance
The project was launched in 2017 and construction work commenced in 2018. Anticipated completion is 2020. Whilst the 16 river fronting villas have been sold, the overall sales rate is low at 35%. Oxley Worldbridge’s first project, The Bridge, handed over in 2018 with many purchasers disappointed with the quality of the finished product which has negatively impacted sales of the developer’s other projects, including The Palms.
